Day 3 and things are still going good! I just got back from the gym, did 20 min on the elliptical and then worked out my legs and did crunches for another 30 min, feel great! Very motivated to get this done! Eating is going good, kind of hard to eat when you are not hungry though, I try to push myself to have something small anyways. Drinking lots of water is helping a bunch! I got on the scale at lunch and was down a pound and that was in the middle of the day, so I have to say that I think it is working! I won't officially weigh in until my 9 days are up, but unfortunately that is when Aunt Flow is in town, so that will make it a little difficult, I will still see what happens!

Something little I tell myself lately....push yourself no matter how hard it gets, the end results are worth it!

Hey, you're doing awesome! Why don't you wait until she leaves so you don't get discouraged. You'll probably see a nice drop in that case and it will really motivate you to keep going.

Great job...it's good to hear that you're getting back to the gym. It will do wonders. Wow, crunches for 30 minutes...that's pretty intense. Drinking water will help so much too...have you tried the crystal light packets? They're perfect for putting in your water...that way you get your water intake, but it doesn't make you feel like a camel that is storing for that long desert walk. You are doing great...keep going...by the way, I like your little saying you say to yourself!!

Great job!!!Congrats on the 1 lb and like you said, that was in the middle of the day so you know that it will probably be more than that when you weigh in first thing in the morning. Keep up the good work and you are going to reach your goal this time! P.S. the little saying is such a great motivator :-)

I have the same issue with eating. Sometimes I am not even hungry and have to force myself to eat. I find that after exercising my appetite is gone. I eat breakfast at 9:00, I work out around 11:00a.m.- 12:00p.m., and then I will not eat until 4:00. This weekend I am going to make and freeze some meals and set a timer so I can fix my meal skipping. You are doing so well and I stay motivated by reading your journal.
