I've been waiting to log my weight in hopes for a better number, but at least I'm back to 166... Last week I did great in the gym with consistent workouts every day. I've found that if I limit my workouts to 30 mins at a time that they don't seem as tedious. Last year when I would spend 1+ hr in the gym it would take up too much of my day, even if it was only 3x/wk. For some reason 30 mins 5-6x/wk is much more manageable. I can't say that my eating has been perfect, but I've done reasonably well. I really seem my change in the way my clothing fits, my pants are more baggy, my sweaters are not as tight...all good things! Looking forward to next Wednesday's weigh-in for the weight loss challenge. Hopefully all the muscle I've been building will start melting off some of the pounds so that the scale will show a better number--not that I care personally so much, but I want to win this thing!
