Thanks for all the comments, guys! That's Sweet Baby Rays Buffalo Wing Sauce and Glaze. It's 15 calories per tablespoon - definitely one of the better condiments. :) I just took rotisserie chicken and sauteed it a little in lite oil spray for some crunch and color (seriously maybe 5 minutes at medium heat) and then drizzled the sauce on top. The salad is mainly arugula and kale, with a few other little touches. :) Have fun with your salads, guys! The heartier and darker the lettuce you use, the more filling they'll be. Trust me, an iceberg lettuce salad for lunch won't hold you over, but a KALE salad with some baby spinach or arugula, and a tablespoon or two of shredded nuts, and some feta and a lite dressing.. that'll actually fill your stomach.
