My awesome boyfriend helped me through a few of my more stressful school tasks, and I got a snow day! :) Anxiety symptoms settling down as I focus on eating healthy, exercising, relaxing, and working on some homework today. Thank goodness.

I'm with Glen--I'm also in the desert (AZ) and it's been HOT! Makes me want to eat lots of fruit but I'm sticking with moderate berries as I get through my LC weight-loss phase. Hoping to get back down to my fighting weight before the summer REALLY comes, so I can enjoy all those yummy summer fruits!

Yes, he's very considerate and dedicated. I'm so very lucky. :) I'm actually on my second snow-day here in Pennsylvania. AZSouthsideGirl: I haven't heard of the benefits of totally cutting out fruit, but I wish you the best!
