Kind of expected this after a 4lb loss last week and a mini-binge on crackers, honey and cheese late last night. I decided to count them as my breakfast and start eating at my lunch today. This app is really helping me understand just how high-calorie those little "cheat snacks" can be! It's helping me get real and keeping me honest.

I think over-all my eating has become less sporadic and lower-carb, and I know if I keep working hard I can get it even more under control.

I'm still feeling good about my trend, and I'm really proud of my tracking and exercise this past week.

Still working through residual anxiety symptoms: racing heart and thoughts, occasional chest pain, brain fog, pretty much constant underlying free-floating fear about school and family and not having my future all planned out, the constant sensation that I've forgotten something important or am going to make a bad impression or get in trouble somehow, feeling intense shame about my grades and how hard it is for me to be on time for class, ect. But I did get TWO snow days to check off to-dos and rest up, and they've definitely helped to take the intensity down a few notches.

I'm not going to let my emotions stop me from working on my health and self-care. I'm going to keep working at these healthy habits until they're ingrained in me. Period.

Going to swim class now. That'll probably feel good. :)

Moving forward.

Keep on keeping on LS_BM. I agree, logging intake is a real eye opener when dealing with calorie dense snacks and food...very sneaky those calories :-)

YES! Trend is a great word becuase we cannot be perfect, right? As long as you have a downward trend overall, you are doing great!

I love the acceptance of how the scale sometimes shows something we wish were different, and yet you choose to move forward. Keep tracking ad being as mindful as you can this is all progress. :)
