Ms Elizabeth's Journal, 12 March 2017

I may never eat again. The kids have managed to make me lose my appetite for the unforeseeable future. It turns out my mother in law suggested they put ketchup on their mac n cheese. Know what they wanted on their shells and cheese today? Ketchup. Lots.. and lots... of ketchup. gross.. just gross.

The good news is I'm finally back under 205. Now I just have to stay there.. and keep going down and hopefully get firmer in all the right places while staying squishy in all the other places. Which makes me slightly nervous of boob sweat but well there isn't much I can do about that. At least all the right areas are sore. Sure I feel like I'm someone punched me in the gut but that just means I'm exercising that front bit right?

Mac & Cheese with ketchup is most nauseating. Same with loads of ketchup on scrambled eggs. Just, no. Salsa on an omelette though, that I can do in moderation.

yuck on the ketchup an mac an cheese..but i no longer eat mac an cheese..lol..so more for someone else...if your sore..means your working muscles that havent been uses in a while...an thats great news...

Ketchup is just sugar sauce disguised as a vegetable.
