Actually I am going to disagree "Adamevegod" I am a sugar wheat junkie. Til these last 3 mos of gaining almost 20 pounds, breaking out in acne I see that donut NOT as the lovely"treat" I used to tell myself I deserved for being so good. Instead I now see it as the poison it really is. Lol
