Woke at 218.6, up .2 from yesterday. I will try to eat as much as I can and get my steps in today. Feeling OK but kind of unsettled. Slept in today. Here's the daytime view of the Baltimore Ravens stadium and the Baltimore skyline. UPDATE: Had a very restful day. I slept a lot with naps after breakfast and lunch. Did not really get up and out out of the room until Denise left right after dinner. I then hit the hallways and got in my five miles. Good workout. Ended up at just over 1400 calories and most of those were from breakfast! I will eat lighter tomorrow. I am not getting that many calories but the bulk of food is more than I’m used to.

Gosh! Look how flat everything is. No mountains. LOL! I lived in Baltimore as a kid. Of course I don't remember anything about it except a bit of my neighborhood. I do remember my daddy taking us kids to the Orioles game once. He was agitated at me because I really wanted catsup on my hot dog and they only had mustard in the stadiums back then. Doubt he took me to another one. :( We also lived in Catonsville, MD where I went to kindergarten thru the 3rd grade before moving back to ol' Virginny. My mother, oddly enough, said just this morning she dreamed we all lived in Baltimore again. She always talks about how flat Maryland is. I remember she made fresh crab cakes every week, too. They were amazing! Is this a view from your room window? It is pretty cool to see the stadium!

Ha Ha! Baltimore is like your home town, then. You have a street named after you! I bet that area has really built up. Wouldn't it be cool if you could see the ocean, too?

Ive never been to America. Love to though. Great Pic DL.. BUT I do know I have a street in my name. More than I have got here anyway.

I guess we're even. I've never been out of the States. Going to Hawaii in May.. First time ever.
