Starting the day right with eggs, sausage, and bacon. The fruit went back. I forgot to ask the person if that was one scrambled egg or two? I'll say two just to be safe. Feeling good today.

Is that white/yellow thing mashed potato or scrambled egg? I'm guessing the egg but it looks pretty grim. Still, they're abiding by your diet rules which is good. Roll on another half chicken and veg meal though - it looked so much better. Hope Ali's going well, Bill x

My OH used to work in a hotel kitchen and had just told me how mass-catering scrambled eggs are made. Actually sounds good and they usually taste better than they look. Glad you're feeling good. Seems Ali is too (stupid auto-correct! 😂). All the best to you and yours x
