This has easily become my favorite breakfast! Home made salmon patties with avocado and lemon! So good. Threw in a couple slices of tomato today since it was already half eaten. And I'm going on a hike today! The first hike of the year, actually. 75 degrees here in the mountains of NC! Which imo is a darn shame for February, but I'll take advantage of it regardless.

It is warm here too ... in the high 60's but we are having rain and thunder storms. Love salmon.

@thatsoontobeskinnybitch oh it's the laziest version possible lol. A can of salmon with the juice pressed out, one egg, one tablespoon of bread crumbs, a little red pepper flakes and garlic salt
