Well now tracking key body measures and training every second day but fighting with snacking at nights. Next weeks task is getting the snacking from sugar based products to healthy Vegetable and fruits. The result for this week is I held the loses I made over previous weeks, but failed to achieve further weight loses. Now 3 weeks until the wedding and 3 months to the holiday Mexico and Tuxedo does not fit and the belly hiding the sight of the toes! Self voice "Focus Dave"

Thanks and the plan was good. Shame it fell at the kerb somewhere over the week. Well I just pat off the dust and try harder this week. Thanks for your encouragement.

My night snacks were sabotaging my diet. So I had to give them up.

Well still snacking but moving to pop corn, celery and dips, home made vegetable crisps. Snacking seems to be how it is I can only try to reduce calories and make it healthy instead of chocolate, crisps and toast.

where do you enter body measures?

There is no function to record body measures here and think it would be a good addition to the app. Most of the time when dropping weight it involves exercise and some body sculpting so it's nice to see waist size drops, thighs, arms etc changes. I am just going g to include the in occasional posts so I have them written down and can look back at a later date.
