Morning fast until 12:30 (no breakfast), vegetarian lunch and mixed veg and meat tea. 20 mins the gym on a 3 day on and 3 day on cycle using the 3x1 min full on cycle speed spin cycle work out. Total 9 pounds lost in two weeks. Kumar s Wedding 4 weeks time so another 7 lbs before then should be easy. Now it's muscle growth routines so weight should convert to muscle size as well. Going to record body fat percentage as well as weight is not a great measure on its own when dieting and adding muscle. Probably take key size measures chest, arm, stomach and thigh to see what happens as well over 4 weeks.
188.0 lb Lost so far: 10.0 lb.    Still to go: 8.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
