I did Wii Fit for about a hour alot harder than it looks
I'll keep on going on

i usually do it for about an hour and half. if you're doing free run, get a cheap yoga mat and put it down on the floor to run on. it'll relieve a lot stress in your ankles.

Yea..I used to laugh at Yoga. Now Yoga is laughing at me. It is HARD. Especially as I'm not as young or flexible as I used to be.
