I haven't seen the 220s since...well, my 20s. Alternate daily fasting work incredibly well, and gets easier the longer I do it.
225.4 lb Lost so far: 4.6 lb.    Still to go: 60.4 lb.    Diet followed 100%.

Way to go! Very inspiring. I planned to do 16:8 all this week, and don't have the schedule down yet. Seems I'm only eating one meal a day, but hope to get something figured out soon. Alternate day might work better. I may try that next week.

I've been loving the intermittent fasting. I started doing it regularly about 2 weeks ago and I'm down 8 lbs in 12 days. I have been doing just 2 meals a day, mostly Breakfast and dinner so I skip lunch. That works best with my schedule as a massage therapist since I can't eat in between back to back appointments. On days I don't work I just eat breakfast and lunch and skip dinner. I have also started doing 1 day total fasting and want to add that in to the mix every week. Keep on keeping on.
