Well done - keep it up - well down. For some reason my bg was 137 this morning - don't know why. At least it now goes down quickly too.

So your sugar is down and your weight is down and you can eat fat and protein. Life is good! I noticed that the fat part of my pie chart was a little large and it worried me. Evidently on your diet (and what I am just doing) it is okay. Enjoy your succcess!

That is really great. I had prediabetes due to weight and broken metabolism and keto has done wonders for me. I don't know if you have arthritis, but I've had it since I was a kid and since starting keto it is in complete remission. Keep it up!

Rogers773, I have arthritis also, and didn't know this diet might help! Just wow! Another reason to keep on keeping on! Thank you, and thank you all for your support! You are no longer just words on a page.
