Whats every one having for lunch today ? Share your ideas! Today I decided to treat myself right so Ive got 2 devil eggs and 6 pc bacon for breakfast, veggie crudite and hummus for am snack and 4 large buffalo chicken meatballs choc full of veggies with a side of blue cheese for lunch, then fish tacos for dinner make using my jicama tortilla loaded with a low carb slaw.. MMMMM .. Have a great Monday everyone !! Time to kick a$$ and take names !

I had an over easy egg on toast with spinach, and an orange.

I tried out that fried cheese as a wrap. It was ok not something I'd do really as with turkey and mayo it was just about equal fat and protein. But it will be good for the man candies 🍭 lunches and the main reason I tried it.

@FloridaAngel, I'm lucky enough that a local farm just opened a store front in my town so I can get raw milk/cream, cheese and grassfed beef about the same price as Whole foods. I hope they survive.

Lunch was 10 small green olives, and 5 bacon and cream cheese roll-ups. (I cut 2 oz. of cream cheese into 5 squares, then rolled each into a slice of bacon while it was hot. Let it cool for a minute and it hardens and stays rolled without needing toothpicks.)

No lunch today. I wasn't hungry after a breakfast of a Whole grain crisp with smoked salmon and cream cheese and avocado. I read that Atkins works best if you only eat when you're hungry. Going with that from now on.
