Radishes roasted in oven with olive oil, salt, and pepper. I used reduced sugar ketchup. I would swear I was eating potatoes. Now I'm wanting to try frying like french fries!

Do they have the same bite/hotness that they do when they're uncooked? I don't like radishes raw but do love potatoes lol

That looks yummy. Momof2Boxers got me hooked on turnips. Now I think it's time for the new frontier. Radishes!!!! LOL Just added them to my shopping list. Thanks! :-)

Nothing like raw radishes. Tasted like potatoes, not as "mealy" as potato but not "radishy" at all!
