Hello and happy Wednesdy FS!

Brrr....chilly today! Casper made a quick trip out and right back in...no lolligagging today! Packing my lunch because it makes it so much easier and I know what I am eating. My weight is not moving and I attribute that to my wine indulgence. I haven't given that up yet. ;-) I could blame Snarly but know it is me. Kicking up the exercise didn't help. Must be the sugar alcohol. Time to do something about it!

Its chilly this morning but we are to get up to about 40 today..that will be a heat wave for us..LOL...There are a lot of people that drink wine for their health..you can too..just count it..as I am sure your are....have a great day...:O)

Isn't there something about a glass of red wine a day is good for the heart? I have the upmost faith that you will burn off those extra calories from the alcohol sugar. Have a good day too! One postive step leads to another and another, before you know it.. those healthy miles are adding up!!! CHEERS

Finding out what is making you stall can be frustrating. Maybe take 3 days to go back to basics and then slowly add stuff back in until you find your stalling point.

Thanks Bren, Pam, Buffy and Sharon! I do count my heart healthy beverage ... ;-) Yes, I probably do need to go back and review what I was eating a couple of months ago. I dont think I'm eating much different other than the wine but may need a reality check. Hope you had a great one!
