What makes something work for one... but not for everyone? Is it all attitude? Mental prep? Calories in vs Calories Out? Lifestyle? Changed behaviors? Motivation? Support? - There are way too many factors and variables to say there is one (and only one) method to climb this mountain!
But what I have done before, I know I am capable of doing again. And thank God for that!!! There is no mystery to my madness - I stopped caring. Funny thing is... I have started to care again. Whooo Hooo!
