sierra1167's Journal, 03 January 2017

After going off the grid during the holidays and vacation, I am back here and on track. The bad news is that I am up 10 pounds. The good news is that I am still going into 2017 30 pounds lighter than I went into 2016. I will still call it a win. Had a wonderful holiday with my family and then went on a great vacation with my boyfriend. I will have no regrets and am focused on losing more weight this year. I hope you all are well and have found your focus for the new year.

Thank you all. I just refused to let it bother me. I am still ahead of where I was this time last year and it felt good to let go for a bit and not have to think about every little thing. How are you Gwen? How is the hubby doing? Did you have a nice holiday?
