I had a cupcake yesterday but mostly I just ate the frosting off the top! I'm in the danger zone there:) But I can actually say it was enough and I didn't want to down a whole container of frosting afterwards! I'm so happy that although I didn't lose much I made it through the holidays without gaining any weight. Probably the first time in my life I did that. Happy New Year to all and go blue team in the biggest loser challenge!!!!

I have been letting myself have a piece of cake, small, if I am at a birthday party. My daughter makes cake pops and amazingly I haven't got into the extra frosting once. A year ago I would have been gobbing down any leftover frosting.

Well done on not gaining. Through the holidays, that's often quite an accomplishment. Also, well done on not going overboard on the cupcake and frosting. :)
