Though the weather is rainy and chilly, took the dog for a walk...good reason to wear my rubber boots. She seemed to enjoy it, and I got in a little caroling time in. Wish I knew more whole Christmas carols instead of pieces of it. LOL.

Hubby was a little disappointed that once again, he has a shake for breakfast instead of what he calls "a real breakfast." Shared that he can have a real breakfast on the weekends and a shake weekdays. That went over like a lead balloon....but he drank his breakfast on his way out the door. I have a shake for dinner, so when he's eating a real dinner, I drink mine. It evens out.

Last night's commentary: #healthymeal Advocare Pumpkin Spice with unsweetened almond milk. #workout 2 miles on elliptical reading Harry Potter and the Sorcerer's Stone. After setting mileage, and 2 chapters later I FINALLY could see orange on the other side of the iPad. Very glad to be done with the run. It's been an emotional day. (My Daddy passed away 4 years ago on Dec 5th) And I am tired. Plus add 2 Benadryl and I won't be awake by 9pm. Hopefully dull headache that has occupied my brain all day will say farewell.

Was so happy to see the scale move today. So happy, I think I'll run again tonight!
