Last night it got real. My tummy caught up with the reduced calorie intake and it growled in disapproval. I resisted. But also ended up staying up too late playing on ipad when I should have been enjoying blissful sleep.
Got a chapter of Harry Potter and Sorcerer's Stone in. Tried a different preset video routine on elliptical and ended up finding it causing pain in my knee. :( Instead of leisurely run, it became leaning into it, not exercising my arms, and plowing through the chapter at a considerably faster speed than normal, and in a position where my knee did not hurt.
*Elliptical - we purchased a lemon. We've had issues with it on some level since we purchased many years ago and we've made it limp through. Got it initially so my husband could use too. He did run on it for a while, but then stopped. So it's me. I have the hitching left wheel. I've considered cutting my losses and kicking it out and finding a far less expensive model that hopefully would work smoothly for both left and right legs.
