Time of day the snacking usually begins, but since I ate a heavier breakfast than normal, my plan has cinched into way more liquids at the evening, particularly in the snacking. Boiling water now -- to have Get Burning Tea (very cinnamon, which I adore!) and it is caffeine-free. Still working on drinking water from lunch.

Distractions. There is more than enough to keep me occupied where I do not have to snack. :)

Growing pains.
