How easy it is to think you have all the answers. You know the drill. You could probably teach the routine you've been doing this so long. Yet again. Here you find yourself: Overweight. Poor water intake. Poor eating habits. Little to no real cardio exercise. SMH. All it seems to take is a little complacency, and then BAM! Back to ground zero before you know it. Dang.
You remembered it was going to be different this last time. You were going to keep at it. What were you actually doing when you got off track? - Does it really matter? It's time to start again. This allowing yourself to be miserable and to actual verbalize you do not like being this way and praying for help to stop the madness....Welcome to your first day (again).
I am about change. It doesn't happen overnight. It's reminding myself moment by moment making small changes in my life will get results. By example, we encourage others to find their changes.
