I am doing wondrfully exercising 5 to 6 days a week. I am pleased that I have been faithful to my diet with only a few variations. This week I will stick and workout everyday hip hop abs.
171.0 lb Lost so far: 18.1 lb.    Still to go: 21.0 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
losing 2.5 lb a week
