Not as much as I wanted, but still down
246.0 lb Lost so far: 26.0 lb.    Still to go: 31.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Yes I was pretty happy about being down after a visit to my parents (one splurge and no exercise) then my B-day dinner. If I can just get over the Thanksgiving meal (fingers crossed).
