Ok I got an all new high for my fitness points today and burned 800 ish calories omg... so tired.... so... tired....
207.2 lb Lost so far: 68.6 lb.    Still to go: 7.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Lol I was listening to an audio book while on the stationery bike ... spirit was willing to keep going... legs crapped out on me and that seat is horrid. .. my poor butt

actually yea I feel awesome lol! ... I remember my pulse being so crazy on a machine that it made me slow down.... now?? I can't seem to get it up higher than 140 .... my resting heart rate used to be 110 ... now 140 after an hour on a bike?? I think I've come along way.

Super news Hunter, lowering your resting HR and increasing your capacity for sustained effort will really pay off in every day quality of life and health...very nice, congrats!!

thank you steven. it really is nice being able to get up a flight of stairs and not pass out lol... now I can run up the stairs holding a 30 pound toddler and another 30 pounds of laundry with leg weights on.

bpaula47, if they made the seats more comfortable I'd be able to stay on the damn thing longer... but it feels like my tailbone is digging it's way through my skin!!! and that's with me putting a cushion on it!!
