Wow, 2.3 million guns were purchased last month in the U.S. an all time record. Lots of profit for gun companies.

Redgirl, I think it is interesting all these protesters in the streets. My wife says isn't it a little late doing this after the election. I want to see the voting receipts. I bet many of them didn't vote. What do you think? I know kids pretty well, as a teacher.

Well, should I be elated my taxes will be cut dramatically???? I love politicians that buy people's votes. LOL I will donate the money because the less fortunate deserve it. I know a few wealthy people who bit on that bait. That should be the first clue of trouble considering our massive deficit.

SoonSoonSoon so many Hispanic families I have seen, that work around the clock for low wages, and America takes advantage of their cheap labor. I was a teacher for 36 years, and I saw a lot. Shipping these families to the border and breaking up families is NOT RIGHT. Close the border, but most illegals fly into the country, and many are not Hispanic.

I don't think sour grapes would taste good in that lemonade, Arabella! LOL My grapes are pretty sour too.

We have to make the best of it as the votes are the way of the land. It will be ok and hopefully even amazing. All these people rioting are proving nothing except that they don't believe in the American way.

Deena, do you realize how much hypocrisy is dripping from anyone complaining about people protesting Trump? Seriously, the last eight years the GOP has been The Party of Tears because of how incensed they were that Obama beat them twice. I've voted Liberal since 1992, suffered the indignity of the Bush Administration, but, didn't cry, won't cry now. I'm hopeful that Trump can deliver on some of the promises he made; repeal NAFTA, bring manufacturing back, replace Obamacare with something better, but I knew he was lying when he said all of those things. Particularly with Republican majorities in both houses of congress, Trump's progressive agenda doesn't stand a snowballs chance in hell, and that's the true irony and hilarity, most of Trump's resonating message IS progressive, progressive in the Bernie Sanders sense at that. Trump, truly, ran on a messages that should have appealed to everyone, unfortunately he also ran on other messages that offended everyone, too. Anyone that looks at the totality and doesn't see Trump for the shyster, used car salesman, charlatan, master con artist that he is, just wow, open your eyes!

If I remember correctly, peaceful demonstration is a hallmark of our democracy, as outlined by Gandhi and Martin Luther King

You are so right, Phil. I even shocked my friends, very briefly , one day, when I actually considered supporting Trump because of his claims to bring back manufacturing in the US. Problem is, he also claimed to ban or kick out many of my friends. His being a horrible man filled with hate far outweighed the good he claimed. Sure, America needs some fixing. But we are still much better off than many countries and what good is it if my friends aren't permitted to continue.. George Takais family was in a Japanese Internment camp.. Thats what I fear for many when I think of Trump...

@WW.....maybe you should add some stevia to those sour grapes? LOL!

"the votes are the way of the land" --- If that were true, then Trump would not be president.. Because his opponent, not that it's any better, gained the Popular Vote of the People!

Pickles she won the popular vote because of California. My wife is stubborn about that too. We are victims of small states with more electoral punch. A real advantage, that Republicans have over Democrats. Arabella, I have lots of Stevia, but ironic its sour taste.

The margins in the battleground states are razor thin, Obama Democrats failed to deliver for Clinton, there is no Trump mandate.
