TGIF peeps. ! I managed to stay within my allowed WW points yesterday however I did go over and use 3 weekly points for a midnight snack (totally unnecessary). Meh. Im just glad that I didnt go overboard which is custom for me every time the week resets. In an effort to do better I did some research last night and learned somethings like whats the difference between internal hunger and external hunger. I applied new knowledge yesterday and it really helped keep me honest. I also learned and I should know this bc its common sense but I should look up the points BEFORE i eat something not after so gonna apply that this week at well. Hope every one has a great day !

That's what's good about Weeklies... They're there IF you need them. I rarely use them but when I do, it feels like a cushion... I try to not use them, just in case I'm under-estimating my measurements... Occasionally, at the end of a day, I'll add 5 points as a sort of cushion, to use up a few weeklies, just in case I need to compensate for measuring incorrectly...
