Hey Cheryl - some days you feel like you're holding on by a thread, huh? Do you always just have a protein shake for bkfst? or do you ever have bkfst foods at that time, and your shake at lunch??? or switch it out for a snack later? I find early morning choices can sometimes set the tone for my whole day!!! Hang in there, friend! And throw away the pie if you have to!!! Much Love.

You did good girl....really, really good! I just love your attitude, one little (but actually totally HUGE) thing, like saying NO to the pie, (AND actually meaning it), just gives you something to build on for the next challenge life throws your way! So proud of you!!!

Paula, Protein shakes have been when I am on the run for bfst. Since I have added them, my weight has been dropping again. I think that I had cravings (at dinner) because I was on the road when I should have been eating. Spending 4 hrs a day driving until Sunday 12/18, then back to normal meal times again. Thx for checking in on me!

Oh Paula, I can resist the pie. I share my home with others who are either WW and my 3 grandkidlings. That is just the way it is. We all share and respect our WOE. Since Feb 2011, there have always been other foods & snacks in the house. Only bothers me once in a full moon...

GG-Girl, Awwwwww... Thank you! I saw other family eating pie, thought I wanted it. Then thought, Naaaaaaahhhhhh... It never tastes as good as it looks, and it is definately not worth it. I have come to far since Feb 2011. Not to say I am not going to fall off the wagon, because I am not perfect. But I will always try to do my very best, because matching the outside to the inside is soooo worth it.

Weddingdiet2012, I wouldn't be able to have this 'Will Power' all by myself. It is because of you, and all my FS Buddies! We can do it!!! :)
