Been away from FS for a few days. And I expect to some more til next Sunday. I have been staying on plan, just not able to journal right now. I finally got my first good night's sleep since Wednesday. Please keep me and my husband Rick nd family in your thoughts and prayers. Last Tueday, his brother Russ at 48 yr old went to heaven suddenly and quietly. Off in the distance, I can still see him riding his harley or deep sea fishing. He used to do lots of things to make me laugh, and was a fun loving caring man and lived his life with meaning and purpose. I wish I would have been able to share just a little bit more time with him. Time goes by so fast... Rest in Peace Russ... 5-31-63 to 12-06-11

Yvonne, Kat, Heather and Lenasmom, Thank you all so much for your thoughts and prayers. Our lives are so special and I really realized that when my BIL passed away in the blink of an eye... Live life to it's fullest and make every second count...
