I hear you! I haven't been able to buy any prepared soups lately. Every time I read the sodium content on the label, I recoil in horror and put it back on the shelf. Guess I'll have to make my own soup if I want to ensure the contents.

Yesterday I made onion soup, french style: which took a while (1.5 hours or so) to make the basic soup. Vacuum sealed most of it, good for lunches.
I'll just add the cheese and bread when I heat it up. :)

Bawahahaha! love it. Bill. "Traitor" Joe's. I agree, not healthy. They put organic on everything and people buy it - the snack aisle alone may as well be a regular grocery store
