Hello accountability, my name is Jennifer and I am saying out loud that I have had ENOUGH! I am done feeling crappy, I am done feeling bad about my self, and I am DONE putting crap in my body that adds to those feelings!
Today, I make a change, not for just weight loss, but for LIFE! I will not succumb to your refined sugary ways anymore...I will be healthy, happy, and full of energy once again. and this time next year, I will have lost 100 pounds of armor in which I currently hide. I say this to all my friends who struggle the way I do, in hopes that when I feel weak, you will offer words of encouragement and support! Because I am going to need that...pretty often I imagine LOL
