So I sucked at lunch today and got the Primo Italiano from Fazoli's... The Italian in me came SHOOTING through and was all "give me that s***".... ugh. Well.. I got it without cheese so win there right? I just wish I knew how to put "negative" calories on the food log to account for that.

hahahaha... figure that out and you get a prize. I can usually keep the crazy in me at bay.. but when it comes out it's like a freight train. Thanks for the nutrition info.. I was able to get the full sandwich info with cheese. I guess I'll just leave it that way. It'll motivate me to eat less.

That sandwich has a BOATLOAD of sodium.....like almost if not all your daily recommendation.

Well, what's done is done. Keep going buddy! I do know there is a lot of salt involved in Italian cooking. Most don't monitor their sodium, but I do. Next decision=better choice.

Sucked it all down, no shame, you know what you did. I would have chunked the bread and just ate the filling.

You can have a small dinner and go for a walk? Just because you had a big lunch doesn't mean the day is lost!

I totally get what you are saying! it is a struggle! as @XshapeshiftX do not throw the whole day! start again NOW! and by the night you will feel better

Thanks all! Workout tonight = bench pressing my toddler while her cousin dive bombs on my stomach lol. Just going to eat light tonight. @NY_Shelly and Arabella 2.0: *raised eyebrow*.. I'll find you a number for an eye doctor lol

Just had my eyes check thoroughly and even have glasses now. :)) What's the saying.....beauty is in the eye of the beholder?

Hi! If you throw away half of the bread you may find you are closer to your desired amount of calories.
