Made it to Thursday! Work has finally slowed down and I snuck a 20 minute walk in at lunch today.

Had no idea what I was going to eat so ended up at SubWay - got a $5.00 Footlong and ate the toppings off the bread. It was so good, cheaper than a salad and very filling - Now why didn't I think of that before?

FYI - You will be noticing a upward bump in my weight. No, I haven't gained anything. I'm simply making an adjustment so my scales match my doctor's scales.

Remember everybody - tomorrow is Friday!

Brave girl! The smell of SubWay bread is intoxicating! I'm not sure I could have been as disciplined.

Wow, you are awesome...not sure I would have survived that same challenge! I can always tell if somebody at work has Subway, it does have a very distinctive smell. Maybe, if I ditched the bread in the trash without touching it somehow? Nah, I'll take a physical challenge instead...please, I can't be trusted! Maybe, I would tell them to just skip the bread! I can just about see the looks on their faces, thinking I was nuts...Yeah, you probably did the best thing. All that & you are matching the doc's scale? That's another one I couldn't do! Gee Wiz Buffy, I am feeling kinda down on me, character flaws! I would have considered the difference water weight gain from everything I drink in the morning...or something probably equally lame! You did good girl...really, really good!

Ate the toppings? WTG!!! I never thought to get the footlong ...then ditch the bread as a cheaper way to order. That is brilliant! I hope you loaded that bad boy up! HA HA! (I, too, might have been sorely tempted to scoop out a piece of the bread... but maybe not). I am glad you explained that weight gain .... I was ready to have you x-rayed for traces of a "foot long object" in your tummy. LMAO! You are doing great! WTG!
