Woke at 220.6, down 3.8 from yesterday. Moved a lot of water overnight. Today I will fast until dinner and then eat 600 calories. UPDATE: Made it to 219.4 by noon. About five more hours to dinner! UPDATE: Fasted until 6 pm and did weighted HIIT squats before eating. Got down to 216.6. Nailed my calorie goal and will eat more tomorrow. Considering tracking pure carbs instead of net carbs and trying to stay under 40 grams total per day. I don’t think I’m achieving and maintaining ketosis enough.

Hope your day and week ahead goes well Bill. I did a little inadvertant experimenting last week and recoded my weight fluctuations. At my lightest; after a few light eating days and right after a 1:15 high effort elliptical training session I was 4.3 pounds down from set weight. After a big eating day and right before bedtime I was up 5.8 pounds from set weight, by morning and after a few bathroom breaks I had dropped 2.2 pounds from that highest weight. So in total a maximum range of 10.1 pounds in a 3 day span...body fat and muscle mass probably no significant change. Not as big of weight changes as you are going through but still a lot none the less...just thought I'd share that with you for interest sake.
