Fasting just makes this all simpler sometimes...Thank you Lord!
233.0 lb Lost so far: 14.0 lb.    Still to go: 53.0 lb.    Diet followed 100%.

I lost 50+ lbs with fasting. The easiets to maintain weight loss method while you can still eat what you like.

I don't recommend fasting as a weight loss method. You will lose most of your weight from muscle, and slow down your metabolism. I understand that you are trying hard - I recommend getting a meal plan from a nutritionist, and working up to doing 30-60 minutes of cardio a day
