I am 5'4 -but large frame, my healthy weight is 126-145, black does make me look slimmer, baggy shirt does hide my jelly belly. 140-145 looks good on me, 126 is too skinny for my frame-doc says I need to lose about 17-26 pounds 

Added footnote April my oily skin tone along with makeup does make me look younger than 47-but that's my age 

Actually 145lbs. at 47 and 5'4" is at the high end of the normal BMI rate.

Thanks All, By the way I have 4 free sessions with a trainer, trainer did a before photo, One thing he did tell me doing the selfie, a higher angle makes you look thinner, Just learned that last night, I was looking at this photo and I did have it higher taking it on a selfie stick, No wonder it look better!!!! But he did measure my are and hand bones, and said I do have a large frame which I know, which is in my favor. He said he knows I am busy but to make sure I get in my 4 free sessions before November 1.
