Day 4 of my liquid protein fast went well. Went to bed hungry, but made me more determined. I've had the 2 younger grandkids here this week and cooking for them, but didn't cheat. DS and his wife coming this evening for a day or 2. Planning meals for them. The weekend is looming and I blew it the past 2 weeks. Wish me luck!

Cooking for kids and you didnt cheat?! You dont need luck, youre doing it :) Congrats! Hunger will subside as your body lives more off of the old stored meals eaten. I bet you'll see encouragement on the scales.
