Ok help...
153.9 lb Lost so far: 2.2 lb.    Still to go: 21.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Add 500 calorie fast days to your week. 3 non-consecutive days would work well :)

oh ..it is frustrating isn't it? :( specially if you feel you are doing things somehow right. I don't know what could be failing but I would recommend u to watch some chapters from the 'secret eaters' serie ..perhaps you'll end up making some interesting discoveries there :)

Yes the fasting is beneficial. If u can do the 500 three times a week go for a 24 hour water fast once a week. I did for a month and it helped me sooooo much. But that was me I know, but u could try. Unless of course u r 100 lbs and want to be 98 I keep forgetting to check ppls weight when they ask for help!

i would not suggest IF for women ...

its just a meal frequency thing ..... IF has no effect on thermogenesis
