Yesterday I started Atkins Induction again. Looking back over my weight spreadsheet, if I had kept at it, instead of gaining 6 lbs I would have lost another 4 and my weight today would be closing in on 160.

All I can do it try again.
171.8 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 21.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
