Two days in a row with only minimum exercise -- walking the dogs and taking Carson to an obedience class. It wasn't my fault really -- this morning was eaten up by the furnace man's visit, and I had errands that I had to run this afternoon before Carson's class. Yesterday I was going to go to the gym, but I just couldn't get myself moving -- and tomorrow I have another lesson for Carson. So I'll get to the gym Wednesday, skate on Thursday, and maybe try to swim on Friday. I'm having a busy week, though...
