This week is so darned screwed up -- full of furnace repairpeople, computer repairpeople, cat sitting for the next door neighbors, last minute appointments and traveling relatives dropping in. But at least I'm trying to be faithful about walking. I got the dogs their 25-minute outing this morning and then because Carson refused to do no. 2 the first time around, I took him out again mid-morning, also to no avail. Since then, my neighbor has taken him out again and he is still refusing to comply, so now of course I am worried about the Little Guy. The dog walker is scheduled to come this afternoon, and sometimes Carson likes to impress him with big poops, so I'm hoping that does the trick. If not, I'm going to have to give some thought to a vet visit.
Also, I'm craving carby things, which is quite unusual for me. I've been satisfying the craving with the oatmeal banana bread I made, but it's a bit mystifying. I have to ride this out and get myself to next week. My weight is holding steady, so that's a relief. Need to really reboot.
