Well my best friend came to visit for 3 weeks. I have had 3 cheat days while she's been here. Definitely threw me off track big time. I guess old habits are really hard to break. I'm trying not to be angry with myself, as I am still committed to this.

Also set a new mini goal, as I am only .4 lbs away from my first. Hoping to be down another 25lbs by my daughter's second birthday October 26th.
245.4 lb Lost so far: 24.6 lb.    Still to go: 25.4 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
losing 0.3 lb a week

Most people have one free day a week so don't be so hard on yourself

Weight will come off in the long run, a bad few days here and there will happen but you just have to stick with it. A "cheat" day can be salvaged at any time during the day, if you have a lot for one meal you can go light the next few meals. Maybe the next time you're with your friend and you are eating lighter, she may follow your example!

One cheat meal every once in a while is not a game changer. Eat your meal and then get back on plan. This is a WOE so there will be times in your life when "cheat meals" will be there. Nothing to get mad about - just pick yourself up and go on!

That's a great goal: picture yourself there, smiling and happy and healthier!

I've got a big family gathering coming up at the end of August. I set myself an ambitious goal for that weekend. It's keeping my eye on the prize. I'm imagining family members saying, Wow - you look great!
