going on day two of my reset.. and its going easy..yesterday was a breeze and was way under 20 net.. had one small craving but had some almonds and a jello.. bam.. Just got word that Ill be working 830-530 not 930-630 so that leaves me no chance to to work out in the morn. Its only temp and for training so Ill just need to make the time to work out. boo.. ill just have to deal with it. I know its going to be a challenge so Im going to lower my goals next week.. as long as I can get my 30 m of cardio in 4 x , Ill be ok with that. Just till I find my mojo. meh. it is what is and only temp. Ill get where I need to be soon enough. With that said, I think focusing on diet is going to be even more important.. I got this. I have the tools, i just need to use them.. Have a great Friday everyone..
