i really have a problem. i need to cut down on carbs & cholesterol. is there any books out there that are on how to loose pounds watching carbs & cholesterol that are easy simply standards? please let me know what you may find. thank you so much. also have issues in loosing belly fat!!!
PLEASE HELP ! i'm at a critical level and want to live FOREVER!! ;-D

According to the Mayo Clinic the foods you should eat to reduce cholesterol and protect your heart include: oatmeal, oat bran, high fiber foods (fruits and veggies), fish and omega-3 fatty acids, walnuts, almonds and other nuts, and olive oil. It might be a good idea to see a nutritionist to get an eating plan to help you with a new way to eat. You can also try amazon and look for books on how to lower cholesterol. There are tons of articles on the web too. You just have to sort through them. Lowering your carbs and increasing your protein will help you lose belly fat. Cardio and strength training/circuit training will also help you lose fat. Good luck!
