i have been off a diet for some time now. Found out i have high cholesterol,(along with high blood pressure being treated already), and i really need to eat right and exercise more. going to try to be a vegan. learning all about it now. going to read up on recipies also. i have to succeed. my goal right now is to loose #15 by year end. then continue from there. like dr. oz says, start with just 10# as your goal. then continue with 10# more, etc.wish me luck.
