I read this this morning. I am putting this on my journal because I am proof this works. --- "You can actually consume more calories in whole foods and still lose more weight than you would eating a lower calorie diet full of processed foods. ~ Yurielkaim.com

It's the high fructose corn syrup...your body doesn't know what it is so it stores it as fat.

If it does not spoil or comes in a box it is bad for you. Only shop on the outside of the store. Refrain from going to the inner aisles.

Yep. Juice is a perfect example. On whole form the fiber make it harder to break down which requires burning calories. It's also ridiculous to suggest you get more nutrients from juice than whole fruit. Include the fact that you don't get the insulin spike it can't be refuted that whole if better than juiced.

Totally agree. Fresh veggies, fresh eggs and milk straight from the farm. Less toxins and more nutrients.
