Starting Spike diet today.. Im a little nervous about the spike day... I should be excited its the one day i can eat whatever I want. I guess im nervous about eating all that junk again and gaining everything i've lost so far ...

I just started the Spike Diet officially a week ago, though I've been doing spike days for almost a year. Seriously, you have nothing to be afraid of. Let me know if you have any questions, I'd be happy to help if I can. I go buckwild every weekend & yes, I do eat & drink lots of crap. Any weight you gain will come right back off within 3-4 days & you'll find yourself lower than last week. You'll just have to get used to that pattern of your weight spiking after every spike day, then coming back down through the week.

i do have a Little question.. (while i get the book on the mail) what kind of workouts do i need to be doing?? Cardio/weights both? what if i dont workout that much? am i gonna not lose weight!?

You only have to do the "workout", which is defined as ANY INTENTIONAL activity sustained for 30 minutes. It can be cleaning, walking in place, but not just strolling around the mall. It is anything you do intentionally and consistently for 30 minutes. You are going to lose weight...I lost 3.2 pounds last night because I've hit "fat burn." Two consecutive hot days puts you in fat burn mode where your metabolism is like a fat burning furnace. These challenge elements are the core principles of the program I have been doing since April and I have lost almost 50 lbs. It is the Body 4 Believer's program. I promise you stay with it and you will lose. After this week of challenge days, you will see a difference because your body, and especially your liver will begin to detox. By this time next week, you will feel like a million bucks!
